Harris Poll:手机支付功能应用滞后

智能手机能够实现各种各样的功能,但究竟有多少用户在使用手机所提供的那些省时且绿色环保的功能呢?根据Harris Poll 最近的研究发现,很少用户发挥了手机的这些功能。尽管智能手机今天能够帮助我们存储信息让生活更高效,这些信息可以让我们通过扫描即可完成购买,或者作为入场券出入相关场合,省去携带纸质票据的麻烦,甚至钱包。但是当问及智能手机用户扫描过哪些东西时,只有很少部分的人表示有过这种行为。

用户对手机功能的发挥仍然很小,年轻用户对手机功能应用相对较高

Harris Poll 来自2056名用户的线上调查数据显示只有5%美国人扫描手机作为电影或航班的入场券,3%的人使用手机为服装或电子产品付费,使用手机进入演唱会,剧场或表演的则只有3%,用来购买像咖啡这样的便利品的使用比例也只有3%,其他应用则有7%。2/5的人称他们从来没有使用手机或智能手机扫描啥,45%的人则表示他们的手机不具有这个功能。而在婴儿潮人群中(18-35),他们更可能使用手机从事那些行为,比例在5-10%之间。

一半以上用户不习惯使用手机作为“入场券”

当问及对这些功能使用的接受度时,只有47%的人表示对使用手机扫描作为电影票、演唱会感到OK,38%则不适应,25%表示毫不适应。15%的人不确定。在使用手机作为机票、火车以及其他交通工具票方面,情况也是类似。

用户对移动APP购物应用抱有戒心

而在使用手机app购物方面,这个比例就更低了,只有39%的表示接受这个方式,47%的人表示不习惯该方式,14%的人不确定。而当问到使用存储信用卡信息的移动app来购物时,63%表示不接受这种方式,其中45%非常不习惯,只有24%的人能够接受这种方式,13%的人表示不确定。

通过分析手机app这些不同的购买方式,可以发现几个趋势:

  • 年轻人对新技术的接受度更高,他们对手机的各个应用都领先于年长的群体
  • 男人比女人更愿意接受新事物
  • 用过的人比没用过的人更容易接受这些新技术应用

当问及用户对手机取代货币的看法时,3%的人认为来年手机会取代现金成为主要的支付工具,超过1/10的人这会在未来1-3年发生,18%的人认为好izai3-5年内发现,21%的人认为不可能发现。有趣的是女人比男人更认为这会在3年内发生,而更高比例的男人认为这会在10年后发生。
